DangerUnited Arab Emirates

Purpose

The UAE forex market is a core regional forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantages as an international financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex dealers and related financial services institutions from around the world. The region's financial regulatory rules are clear, and cross-border transaction liquidity is strong, making it a core hub for forex trading business in the Middle East. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Forex Trading. According to public information, its office address is Al Khaimah Building 2 - Office 303 Dubai UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to the United Arab Emirates according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Forex Trading, which claims to be located at Al Khaimah Building 2 - Office 303 Dubai UAE.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The location is in a core office cluster near Dubai Airport, with convenient transportation, complete supporting commercial facilities, a clean overall environment, and a strong business atmosphere. Outside the building, no company signage or promotional information related to Forex Trading was found.

The on-site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to security. After routine information registration, they smoothly obtained entry permission.

While attempting to go to the target floor, the 3rd floor, they found that the floor was actually a shared office area. Throughout the process, no office area signage bearing the words Forex Trading was found. Because it was impossible to confirm the specific entity to which Office 303 belonged, they could not find the broker's dedicated office location, and throughout the process were unable to photograph the broker's reception desk or the reception desk's LOGO. The location corresponding to this address is not Forex Trading's independent office space, nor is it a shared office under the broker's name.

Because it was impossible to locate Forex Trading's dedicated office space, there was no way to observe the company's internal environment. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the business positioning publicly claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker Forex Trading does not exist at the above publicly listed address.

Conclusion

On-site inspection personnel went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Forex Trading. At its publicly listed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
