Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This inspection targeted Sanko Yatirim, a brokerage firm. Its publicly registered office address is 15 Temmuz District, Gülbahar Avenue, No:43/8, 34544 Güneşli / İstanbul (July 15th, Gülbahar Avenue 43/8, 34544 Güneşli, Istanbul, Turkey). The inspection team rigorously located and verified the address.

Upon arrival, the inspectors first confirmed the correct address information. The area boasts a bustling streetscape, complete with commercial and residential amenities, creating a harmonious blend of living and business. The inspectors successfully captured panoramic views of the buildings within the brokerage complex. The complex's well-organized exterior displays distinct characteristics of a dedicated corporate zone.

Observations on site indicated that the complex was enclosed by an iron fence, clearly restricting unauthorized access by outsiders. Consequently, the inspectors were unable to enter the company lobby. However, key supporting information is clearly visible: the prominent Sanko Yatirim brand logo is visible directly outside the park, directly confirming the company's ties to the park and ruling out any address fraud or misrepresentation. Furthermore, the closed nature of the park and on-site observations confirm that the office space is exclusively used by Sanko Yatirim and not a shared office, further demonstrating its operational independence.

Although park regulations prevented the on-site inspection team from photographing the reception desk and its logo, nor from inspecting the internal office environment, this constitutes crucial evidence proving the company's existence.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed the existence of the trading company Sanko Yatirim at the aforementioned address.
