In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of foreign exchange dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Planetree Capital. According to public information, its office address is 23/F, Wah Hoi Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to Hong Kong, China according to a meticulous plan. It conducted an on-site verification of broker Planetree Capital, which claims to be located at 23/F, Wah Wai Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

We arrived smoothly at the Wah Wai Centre building. The location is in the core mixed commercial and residential area of North Point. There is no relevant signage information for the corresponding company on the surrounding streets. The surrounding commercial atmosphere is acceptable. No company signage or promotional information related to Planetree Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

We entered the ground-floor lobby of the building and stated our purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication and registration, we obtained permission to enter the lobby.

In the lobby, we checked the floor directory board. The board did not indicate any company-related information named Planetree Capital, and we did not find the company's logo in any area outside or inside the building. We asked the security guard about the company, and the security guard clearly informed us that there is no such company in the building. Throughout the entire process, we were unable to reach the specific location on the 23rd floor for further confirmation, let alone enter the company's premises. We were also completely unable to photograph the company's reception desk or the reception desk's logo. The premises do not fall within the scope of a shared office either.

Because we were unable to enter the corresponding floor and did not find any office area of the company, we could not observe the company's internal environment throughout the process. This situation is completely inconsistent with the broker's claimed positioning of having an office at this location.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker Planetree Capital does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

The field inspection personnel went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Planetree Capital, but at its publicly disclosed business address they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
