Kanji Bullion United Arab Emirates Verified: No Physical Presence Found
DangerUnited Arab Emirates

Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging regional core forex market developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's advantages as an international financial hub, it has attracted numerous forex brokers from around the world and serves as an important distribution hub for forex trading business in the Middle East and North Africa region. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the forex brokers in this region, the field inspection team conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This time, the survey team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Kanji Bullion in person. According to public information, its office address is Gold Land Building - 2/235 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following a carefully planned schedule to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Kanji Bullion, which claims to be located at Gold Land Building - 2/235 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

The team arrived smoothly at Gold Land Building. This location is in the core office area of old Dubai, surrounded by blocks of established commercial buildings, with dense daily foot traffic and a strong business atmosphere. During the complete search outside the building, no company sign or related promotional information bearing the name Kanji Bullion was found; only the full panoramic view of the building was photographed and recorded.

The team successfully entered the first-floor lobby of the building, explained their purpose to the on-site staff, and after a brief communication and registration, obtained permission to enter the building. However, after carefully checking the floor directory board in the lobby, no entry marked Kanji Bullion was found, and no logo of the company appeared either inside or outside the building.

When they attempted to go to the floor indicated by the corresponding address to confirm the specific location, they found that the corresponding office area on that floor was occupied by other unrelated companies. There was no office area for Kanji Bullion at all, nor any obvious signage or security measures of the company. Throughout the process, no office location of the corresponding company was found, and there was no opportunity to photograph the company's front desk or the front-desk logo. This location was not a shared office either.

After asking the staff in that office area about the situation, they learned that Kanji Bullion had moved away from this address several years ago. At present, all office space at this location belongs to other tenant companies, and no office-related traces left by Kanji Bullion can be seen at all. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the business address previously claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Kanji Bullion does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The survey personnel visited the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of the forex broker Kanji Bullion. At its publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could not be found, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
