Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited NYX as planned. Its publicly listed office address is Propaganda Plus Residence Şişli, Istanbul (Propaganda Plus Residence, Şişli, Istanbul, Turkey).

The surveyors traveled to the aforementioned address and verified it matched the address on the survey form. They successfully arrived at Propaganda Plus Residence and photographed the building's panoramic views. However, upon on-site observation, no signage related to NYX's corporate campus was found at the address. The “”corporate campus, street environment“” section was deemed “”non-existent“” due to the lack of a corresponding office space.

The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby and immediately inspected areas that might have company information but found no signs related to NYX. Further inquiries were made with the lobby receptionist, who stated that “”no information regarding NYX's location has been found“” and that they were unable to provide any office directions.
Without specific office location information, the inspection team was unable to reach the claimed floor and confirm the office location, let alone enter the company. They were unable to photograph the reception desk bearing the NYX logo, and the “”No Entry“” sign for “”Internal Office Environment“” was actually due to the absence of a physical office space. Furthermore, the address was confirmed to be not a shared office, and information such as the number of rooms and workstations could not be verified.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the dealer NYX did not exist at the claimed address. Although the address matched the inspection form, there was no actual office space. Therefore, the address information matched, but there was no actual business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the NYX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
