Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging regional core forex market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's locational advantage as a Middle East financial hub, it has attracted a large number of forex brokers from around the world and covers cross-border financial trading needs across the entire Middle East and North Africa region. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex brokers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Sinatra Capital. According to public information, its office address is United Arab Emirates: Dubai - Deira - Baniyas Street - Dubai Creek Tower - 8th Floor - 8b.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to the UAE according to a well-thought-out plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Sinatra Capital claiming to be located at United Arab Emirates: Dubai - Deira - Baniyas Street - Dubai Creek Tower - 8th Floor - 8b.

Successfully arrived at Dubai Creek Tower. The location is in the downtown of Dubai's old city area, a local luxury office building, surrounded by a prosperous environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No relevant signage or information of Sinatra Capital was found outside the building, and the full view of the building could be completely observed.

Entered the ground floor lobby of the building, and first found the address plaque at the building entrance.

On the ground floor, there is a complete company directory. Checking the names of the companies listed on the directory one by one, no relevant entry for Sinatra Capital was found, and the company marked correspondingly on the directory is not the broker either.

Because no appointment had been made in advance, security personnel did not allow access to the upper-floor area. It was impossible to reach the 8th floor indicated in the public address to confirm the specific location, nor to access the broker's office area. Throughout the process, no logo of the broker was found inside or outside the building.

Because we could not obtain permission to go upstairs, there was no opportunity to access the target office area. We could neither photograph the broker's reception desk and the logo at the reception desk, nor enter the company's interior to inspect the environment. Upon asking the lobby staff, we learned that the corresponding area on that floor is a shared office and has no independent dedicated office signage.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker Sinatra Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Sinatra Capital. At the business address it publicly displays, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
