Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Presnenskaya embankment area of Moscow and conducted on-site verification of the broker SVT GROUP, which claimed to be located at Presnenskaya emb. 12, Moscow, 123112.

The field research team successfully arrived at the building at the address. The surrounding corporate campus and streets were well-maintained, with a strong business atmosphere, allowing the team to capture a clear panoramic view of the building. However, upon verification, the address was actually the office space of another company and not affiliated with SVT GROUP.

Due to strict building management, the field research team was unable to enter the building lobby. No signage related to SVT GROUP was found outside or within visible areas of the building. The company's name was not displayed on the floor signage inside the building, and its logo was not visible either on the exterior or inside.

Because the address was actually owned by another company and SVT GROUP had misappropriated it, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the alleged office location, nor were they able to enter any areas belonging to SVT GROUP. Naturally, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and their internal office environment did not actually exist.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the trading company SVT GROUP did not exist at the aforementioned address, and the address was inconsistent with the information on the survey form, making it a false address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the SVT Group as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
