The verification personnel successfully arrived at Chung Nam Building. The location is at 1 Lockhart Road, Hong Kong, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information for the company BTL was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, permission was granted to enter the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 12th floor, the verification personnel found no clear signage indicating the office area of company BTL, nor any related security measures. Inquiry at the reception revealed that company BTL is not located here. As no signs of the company were found, it was not possible to enter the interior, nor to photograph the target company's reception area, and this floor is not a shared office space.

Through the public areas on the floor, the verification personnel could only see the office scenes of other companies, and did not observe any internal environment related to company BTL. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning of having an office at this location.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it is confirmed that the trading firm BTL does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker BTL at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
