Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as scheduled, set out to visit the broker Texas in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is A222, 3rd Floor, Hong Fung Industrial Block 2, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, showing responsibility towards investors, conducted an on-site verification of Texas on the basis of the stated address.

The surveyors went to Hong Fung Industrial Block 2 in Hong Kong, which is very old with a noticeable smell outside and poor office park and street environment. From outside the building, they were able to take clear panoramic shots but found no signs related to Texas.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, which was basic and typical of an old industrial building. When checking the directory in the lobby, they couldn't find the name of Texas, hence no location lead could be obtained.

Upon reaching the 3rd floor, after a careful look around, they found no companies related to finance, only churches, pyramid schemes, and other unrelated institutions. They also did not find any information related to Texas, nor the company's logo inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors couldn't verify its exact location, nor could they enter the company, hence no pictures of the reception and its logo were taken. After confirmation, the space was not a shared office, further verifying that Texas does not actually operate here.

Therefore, based on the field survey, it is confirmed that the broker Texas does not have a real place of business.
