Upon arriving at the target floor (13th floor), the field investigator found clear signage in the office area. The investigator successfully entered the interior and was able to photograph the reception desk and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Through the reception area, the inspectors observed that the company's internal office environment was well-decorated, with many people handling business at the front desk. The overall environment aligns with its claimed positioning. Although the office name is not Inter-Pacific, it might have been renamed now, possibly using the parent company's name. The company does exist.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Inter-Pacific exists at the above address.
