Upon entering the lobby, which has tight security and is characteristic of a commercial center, they spotted the company name “Goldbar” clearly on the directory, providing a clear guide to find it.

The surveyors went to the 8th floor and accurately located Room 801. They found the company's logo inside the building, and they were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo from outside. Despite not being able to enter the company, they observed a generally regular office environment inside. By verification, the space was not a shared office, and the company felt genuine, indicating the real existence of the company at this location.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that the broker Goldbar genuinely exists at the aforementioned address.
