The surveyors were unable to enter the building, but they confirmed that the dealer’s office was indeed there. Since they saw the nameplate of the dealer Ueda Harlow at the front door, indicating that its office was located on the 5th floor. 

Conclusion

The surveyors went to visit the dealer Ueda Harlow in Tokyo, Japan as planned. The dealer’s logo can be found on the publicly displayed address, indicating that the dealer has a real business place. Unfortunately, the investigators failed to enter the company for further visit, so the specific scale of the business remains unknown. Investors are asked to make a sensible choice after careful consideration.
