Reason for this visit

Many investors have recently called to expose more licensed Indonesian dealers with false regulatory addresses. In response to investors' requests, the survey team is going to Indonesia to visit the dealer RFB. 

Office building 

According to the regulatory information, the dealer RFB is licensed by the Indonesian regulator and located at Kuningan City, Axa Tower Kuningan 30th Floor, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi District, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 12940. The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for confirmation.

According to the regulatory information and map navigation, the survey team came to the building TCC Batavia Tower in Jakarta, Indonesia, which was located in the center of Jakarta with convenient transportation. The building looked nice in appearance and the offices inside were clean and tidy.

The surveyors found the nameplate of the dealer RFB on the 30th floor. 

The surveyors came to the front desk of the dealer, the receptionist did not allow them to enter the office to visit, but only outside the door for filming.

The wall displayed various honorary certificates that the dealer had received.

On-site visit

The survey team found the office of RFB. However, due to the COVID-19, visitors were not allowed to enter the company at will. Thus, the team failed to enter the company to conduct the survey. The dealer had an 8-room office. However, the exact size of the office and the operation status could not be determined.

Conclusion

After the field survey, the survey team found a directory with the nameplate of RFB on the 30th floor. However, due to the COVID-19, the surveyors were unable to enter or photograph. In the end, the surveyors could not determine the exact size of the office and the operation status. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
