The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, located on a relatively bustling street in central London with a strong commercial atmosphere in the surrounding area. However, no company signage or related information for ORKAN FX was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, were granted entry permission. However, upon entering the building, they found that the internal directory displayed it as an eye hospital, with no information whatsoever about ORKAN FX.
