Purpose

The UAE forex market is a regional core forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past more than 20 years. Relying on Dubai's positioning as an international financial hub, it has gathered a large number of licensed and operating dealers from all over the world. The market is characterized by high openness and a layered regulatory system, and is a core gathering place for forex trading in the Middle East. In order to help investors more comprehensively understand the actual office conditions of forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team went to the UAE for a field visit.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Forever Capital. According to public information, its office address is M5-222, in Al Khabeesi Building, Plot # 128-246, AI Ittehad Road, Al Khabisi Area, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, according to a well-planned schedule, traveled to the UAE. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker Forever Capital that claims to be located at M5-222, in Al Khabeesi Building, Plot # 128-246, AI Ittehad Road, Al Khabisi Area, Dubai, UAE.

The team successfully arrived at the vicinity of the target building. The location is near Dubai Airport, in a relatively remote area, with no dense commercial facilities nearby and completely lacking a strong business atmosphere. The team also completed a panoramic photo of the building from the outside. The entire building appears to be a relatively old structure; from its appearance, it looks more like a residential building rather than a commercial office building open to the public. No company signage or information related to Forever Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The team attempted to enter the building lobby and explained their purpose to the management at the entrance. After multiple communications, they did not obtain permission to enter the lobby and were unable to enter the interior of the building to carry out further inspection.

The team was never able to enter the interior of the building, and thus could not reach the target floor, nor confirm the specific location of the so-called Room M5-222. Throughout the process, no company nameplate marked with Forever Capital was found inside the building. There was no relevant logo of the broker inside or outside the building, and there was no shared office situation. They could neither enter the company's interior nor take photos of the broker's reception desk and its logo.

Because they could not enter the interior of the building at all, the team had no opportunity to observe the company's internal environment, nor could they confirm any details related to its office setup. This is completely inconsistent with the broker's publicly claimed commercial office positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker Forever Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

Field inspectors went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Forever Capital. At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
