The site visit personnel arrived at the target building, located on Whitechapel High St in London. The surrounding area is quite bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information of the broker was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the directory board inside the building, there was no information about this company.
