EZINVEST Regulation in 2026
WikiFX lists CySEC license No. 203/13 under WGM Services Ltd. The Cyprus regulators register confirms that the company has been licensed since June 14, 2013, and that the domains eu.ezinvest.com and ezinvest.com/eu are approved websites associated with the European entity.

The global website registers accounts under Sanus Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, company number 2020/659426/07 and Financial Services Provider number 51523 with South Africas FSCA. The registration notice states that these accounts fall outside the EU MiFID II framework and are not covered by an investor compensation scheme.

The WGM Services agreement applies to the European branch and its CySEC license, while accounts opened through the global website fall under the Sanus agreement. The company name shown in the client agreement therefore determines which entity is responsible for order execution, withdrawals, and complaint handling.
What Do EZINVEST User Complaints Say?
WikiFX had recorded 36 complaints against EZINVEST as of September 2, 2026. The published cases show a recurring pattern: an account begins with a relatively small deposit, a staff member or adviser becomes involved in the trading activity, and further deposit requests or withdrawal problems follow.
User FX5796207222 said the account started with a $250 deposit before losses eventually reached $61,357. The user claimed that company employees placed trades in the account and said screen recordings of calls and account activity were available.

In another complaint, Saul Aviles started with $1,700. When he requested a $630 withdrawal, he said he was asked to deposit another $1,800. After the first withdrawal was processed, he deposited a further $8,000 following discussions with an adviser about potential profits. Communication later stopped, and he said he was unable to recover his capital.

User FX1650484253 reported depositing $3,500 while managing to withdraw only $100. Another user, identified as ELCM, said her account contained transactions and position closures she had not carried out. She also said she added $100 after an initial $115 deposit following a request to restore and close the account, but was unable to recover her funds.

Three points recur across these cases: the relationship begins with a relatively small deposit, a manager or employee becomes involved in trading decisions, and additional funds are requested when the user attempts to recover or withdraw money. These reported deposits also differ from the brokers published account table, which starts at $1,000.
EZINVEST Rating on WikiFX
EZINVEST currently has a WikiFX rating of 4.95 out of 10. Its profile identifies the broker as regulated in Cyprus and lists a full MT4 license, while also displaying a high-risk warning and stating that the score has been reduced because of the large number of unresolved complaints.
The Cyprus and South African licenses are registered under two specific entities, while MT4, SIRIX, and more than 400 instruments are available. However, the account requirements are demanding. The entry-level account starts at $1,000, while access to lower spreads requires deposits ranging from $100,000 to $500,000, with commissions added to some of the higher account tiers.
Assessing EZINVEST therefore goes beyond checking whether a license exists. The volume and nature of the complaints weigh on the brokers operational profile, particularly given repeated allegations involving staff intervention, requests for additional deposits, and difficulties recovering funds. The client agreement, deposit amount, and withdrawal process are key factors in determining which account type and legal entity actually apply to a customer.
