NNPC and Edo State agree on New 10,000 bpd Refinery Project
Abstract:Nigeria's state oil company, NNPC Ltd, has agreed to jointly develop a 10,000 barrel-per-day condensate refinery with the Edo State Government, targeting completion within three years.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has entered a strategic agreement with the Edo State Government to develop a refinery processing 10,000 bpd within a 24 to 36-month timeline.
Infrastructure and Capacity Expansion
This agreement marks another step in Nigeria's effort to localize crude processing. While the capacity of 10,000 bpd is modest, decentralized modular projects are critical for stabilizing supply chains.
