I opened an account with Trade Nation on 13.07.2026. Then we started trading on MetaTrader 5, but due to a server error in the price provider, the account was transferred to other servers 2 times. During this process, since no trading could be done, the money in the account kept going negative. In the end, this problem was not resolved and we could not trade on MetaTrader 5 and had to switch to the web trader. I had losses due to Trade Nation in all of these transitions,. Finally, on 03.07.2026, I deposited another $1200 to save the account. With a few trades, my account reached $8700. I made a withdrawal request. After this request, although they had never told me or notified me in writing until that moment, I was told that if I completed my account to $20,000, I could only withdraw the money inside that way. There is $8700 in the account, but I cannot withdraw the money and I have been blocked from trading. I want my problem to be resolved and my money to be paid.
