The MT5 historical statements clearly show that all orders were cleared and matched normally by the server, with no error or delay codes. However, RoboForex, unable to accept the loss, maliciously forced a manual deduction of over -$28,000.00 in the background and erased all profits without warning. I had originally planned to withdraw the profits in separate installments of 10,000 each, but then I encountered insufficient balance. When I clicked in, I found that all the profit funds had disappeared, leaving only the principal. Today is Monday.
