finally after 15 days of sending emails and messages, I was able to obtain the refund. But why no answer for 15 days and strangely I finally have an answer when I post an opinion on a dedicated platform. In short, it's solved.

enfin après 15 jours d'envoi de mails et messages, j'ai pu obtenir le remboursement. Mais pourquoi aucune réponse pendant 15 jours et bizarrement j'ai enfin une réponse lorsque je poste un avis sur une plateforme dédiée. Bref c'est résolu.
