I deposited a total of 6,000 into the platform, incurred some losses, and my current account balance is 5,533. My account has been blocked by the platform, preventing me from logging into MT4 normally. I submitted a request on the platform’s official website to withdraw the remaining principal, but the platform has been slow to process it. When I contacted the customer service representative who opened my account, I was told that the platform’s server had expired and to wait for further notice; however, I've checked and it shows that the server is operating normally.
