During this period, I have repeatedly contacted the platform via RS Finance’s official customer service email, repeatedly requesting that the withdrawal be processed and asking for updates on the review status. However, I have yet to receive any substantive resolution, and recently, several of my emails have gone completely unanswered. I subsequently formally requested that the platform confirm the actual legal entity associated with account 1245624, along with its place of registration, regulatory authority, license number, and the applicable customer agreement, so that I may file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities should this issue remain unresolved for an extended period. However, the platform has failed to provide a clear response to this request as well. I have not received any specific explanation as to why the USD 7,200 withdrawal has been held up for so long, nor have I received a clear payment timeline or proof of payment. A normal withdrawal request should not still be met with nothing but waiting and silence after nearly 50 days. My demand is clear: I request that RS Finance immediately process the USD 7,200 withdrawal and provide proof of payment, while also clearly identifying the actual legal entity associated with the account.
