At the beginning of April 2026, I opened an account and deposited $4,500 USD as recommended by a friend. After trading for about 2 days, the account made a profit of around $1,700 USD. All trades were manually executed by myself without any irregularities. Upon making a profit, I immediately requested a withdrawal, but it was rejected citing "violation of trading rules." An agent of your platform explicitly stated that if I admitted to the violation, the initial deposit would be refunded immediately with the deduction of profits. I refused this statement as all my trades were fully compliant (I have recorded all deposit and withdrawal transactions, positions held, and trade logs). Subsequently, your platform initiated a lengthy "review" process, which has now exceeded 3 months (as of July 13th), without approving the withdrawal. I have provided various documents as requested multiple times (even though they were unreasonable, I complied), but recently your platform requested a "USD bank statement." Typically, domestic bank cards cannot directly provide USD bank statements. I have provided actual receipt information, yet your platform continues to reject it citing "unable to verify." This repeated unreasonable behavior has far exceeded normal review procedures. My demand is very clear: approve my withdrawal request immediately, in USDT as per the deposit method. I would like to add the following facts for your consideration: 1. All my trading records are open to any third-party or media scrutiny, and I am confident there are no violations. I have retained communication records with the agent and internal staff of your platform (including the statement "admitting violation for a quick refund of the initial deposit"). 2. I have kept all evidence of the documents requested by your platform and repeated rejections. 3. Since the deposit was made using USDT, the withdrawal should also be supported in the same manner, which is a common industry practice. 4. Your platform claims to have a 28-year history and should value its reputation, rather than delaying legitimate withdrawals of small profit users with various excuses. This kind of platform only allows you to lose; if you win, they deduct your profits. If you disagree, they subject you to various audits and even demand withdrawals in USD? Truly a disgrace to the industry, indeed garbage. They may not give me the money, but it must be exposed to keep everyone away from such a garbage platform. It has been almost 4 months since this incident, why can such a platform be listed on Forex Peace Army with such a high rating? It damages the platform's image of fairness and justice, using our money to buy high ratings? It's despicable. I hope Forex Peace Army will uphold justice and expose this.
