They claim “violation of trading rules” and “credit arbitrage,” yet provide no evidence of wrongdoing. Contacting customer service only gets you told to email them—emails sent, no replies. They stubbornly refuse to release funds. The same trades that resulted in losses? No problem. But when you make money? They won't pay out. Eventually, you can't even log into your account anymore.
