I deposited $2000 and traded until I made a profit of about $4574. But when I checked the deposit and withdrawal channel, it showed that my account was restricted on the day I made the trade. So, I notified the admin and the Moneta team via email. After about a week, I was banned from accessing my account, being told that they would conduct a thorough investigation. I followed up continuously until it had been two full weeks. After logging into the account, all the profit was gone, leaving only the deposited capital, which is not okay at all. The trades they questioned were just pending buy stop and sell stop orders. They even sent an email arguing that it was due to simultaneously opening hedging orders, which does not match what actually happened. At the end, they said I used too high leverage during news events. If that's the case, the broker should automatically reduce leverage during news or other events, not after the client has already traded and made a profit. Everything was available for normal use—both leverage and pending orders. This is such a waste of time and very frustrating.
