I deposited $1,000, traded, and my balance grew to $1,984. When I tried to withdraw, they trapped me in a permanent "bank verification" loop. Support only gives fake "we're following up" replies, and emails are ignored. They refuse to approve my bank details or bonus, effectively stealing my money. Do not trust this platform with your funds!

该平台我在2025年10月25日开户并通过认证，10月29号入金1000美元，在期间录入银行卡信息等，操作了一手澳元，和一手黄金。后续我发现我申请他们活动的赠金还没审核通过，同时银行信息一直审核中。我尝试申请出金，结果系统反馈银行信息正在审核中，一直出不了金。之后我尝试询问客服以及发送邮件问询，结果持续几天的询问，换来的只有客服的正在跟进只有催办，邮件更是石沉大海。我当时的诉求：1，激活赠金，2，要求通过审核银行卡，3，要求有相应的客户经理对接我！结果时至今天，我的账户依然没有任何进展！而且是出不了金。想不到体验如此差。我现在诉求是要求给我一个说法，并将我账户的1984美元出金。
