I have been using Fulutong for several years and had not encountered any serious issues before. This time, it was extremely disappointing. Suddenly, my account balance was wiped out and turned negative. After contacting customer service via email, the response was that my trading behavior violated the company's 'Terms and Conditions,' and the funds in my account were reclaimed, with all profits from the past four months being invalidated. I genuinely have no idea how my account violated any terms—I have always conducted trades personally without using any third-party EAs or automated trading. The company's actions are unacceptable. I urge all investors to carefully consider this platform.
