When I contacted customer service, they informed me that there was an issue with their USDT receiving channel and that it would take 2-3 days to resolve. On September 18, they asked me about the reason for a specific payment from my cold wallet. I don't understand why the recipient of my payment has become a subject of their investigation. After replying to their email, they requested a series of proof documents from me.
