During the release of the non-farm payroll data, I set a stop-loss on gold at 1845. Shortly after the news was released, the JustMarkets platform froze for 10 seconds. When the platform recovered, my trade was closed at 1867—a 22-pip drop and a $1,500 loss. To make matters worse, I checked two other platforms, and neither indicated a breakout above 1853. I placed a buy limit order, but it never triggered. JustMarkets customer service blamed "low liquidity," urging people to avoid this broker and calling it unreliable.
