The company initially displayed the message 'eToro Assistant has entered the chat,' followed by a prompt to fill out a service ticket (https://etoro.tw/3muOsFR). After clicking the link, a webpage titled 'Customer Service Center' opened, which displayed the online customer service option I initially selected and 'Get useful solutions.' Since the online customer service was unresponsive, I chose 'Get useful solutions,' scrolled down, and selected 'Open a Ticket,' only to be redirected back to the 'Customer Service Center' webpage, creating a loop.

2025.07.25(星期五)台灣晚上10點30左右開始測試，測試時間大概一小時多，中間大概5~10分鐘更新一次詢問訊息，該公司一開始顯示助手已進入聊天"eToro Assistant has entered the chat"，然後出現要我填寫服務工單的訊息"https://etoro.tw/3muOsFR "，我按下這個連結後開啟標題為"Customer Service Center"的網頁，這個網頁有我一開始選的線上客服與Get use solutions，因為線上客服已經沒有回應所以我選Get useful solutions然後往下拉選擇Open a Ticket後又跑回Customer Service Center網頁，就這樣循環。
