Hallo, saya Rico Nurhidayat, saya ingin menyampaikan beberapa kendala mengenai penarikan dana saya di akun octa yang tidak bisa dilakukan, dan akun saya sudah di blok oleh pihak octa, dana saya semua tidak bisa di tarik sekitar $1623, saya juga sudah menghubungi melalui customer service dan email, tetapi mereka menyatakan tidak bisa mengembalikan dana dan akun tetap di blok,kejadian ini pada tanggal 10 februari 2025 sampai sekarang 19 maret 2025 tidak ada solusi dari pihak broker mohon sekiranya ada solusi untuk permasalahan saya🙏🏻
