Problems with deposit withdrawal

I have been participating in investing on the BlaFX platform since July 23. Invested and copied Ark Community traders through the MT4 app. At the moment, the possibility of withdrawing funds in any amount has been blocked. My deposit is 4574.86 USDT. It is reported that the possibility of withdrawing the deposit will appear only after paying 10% to 27% of the deposit amount. They also report that the account will be blocked on August 26 if this payment is not made. It won't let me withdraw my money.

Проблемы с выводом депозита

Участвую в инвестировании на платформе BlaFX с 23 июля. Инвестировал и копировал трейдеров Ark Community через приложение MT4. На данный момент заблокировали возможность выведения денежных средств в любом объеме. Мой депозит составляет 4574, 86 USDT. Сообщают, что возможность выведения депозита появится только после внесения суммы от 10 до 27% от величины депозита. А так же сообщают, что аккаунт и счет будет заблокирован 26 августа, если не внести эту сумму. Т.е. не дают вывести мои денежные средства.
