Good afternoon, from the 21st of the first day, the company announced a promotion in which they temporarily increase the deposit when replenishing the account, tonight the metatrader server stopped responding, the withdrawal is not available, they require 15% of the amount to withdraw money, now the support is not responding, they wrote in the morning that the problem will be solved in the course of the day. Невозможно вывести деньги

Добрый день, с 21 первого числа компания, обявила акцию, при которой при пополнении счета они временно увеличивают депозит, сегодня ночью сервер metatrader перестал отвечать, вывод недоступен, они требуют 15% от суммы что бы вывести деньги, сейчас поддержка не отвечает, утром писали что пробема решиться в течнние дня. Прилагаю скрины двух аккаунтов, на одном из них сумма с учетом бонуса, помогите вывести средства пожалуйста.
