I contacted customer service and they asked me to pay a tax fee called personal income tax on profits up to more than $15,000 and must be paid once before withdrawing. This is very unreasonable because according to my understanding, the law in Vietnam does not allow forex brokers to operate and also does not manage tax collection of self-traders in the territory of Vietnam. Moreover, when the business is profitable, the law of Vietnam stipulates that there are two forms of tax payment: the user declares and pays tax to the tax agency when there is a profit or will deduct personal income tax. right on the profit that the user makes a withdrawal. Thus, the BKYHYO platform asking me to transfer 10% of personal income tax on profit is completely unreasonable, not by the provisions of Vietnamese law and there is no guarantee that after I transfer If the tax is paid, the platform will transfer all the principal and profits to me. I see this platform has very clear signs of fraud!!!

Tôi liên hệ với chăm sóc khách hàng thì họ yêu cầu tôi phải đóng một khoản thuế phí gọi là thuế thu nhập cá nhân trên lợi nhuận lên tới hơn 15.000$ và phải đóng luôn một lần trước khi rút. Điều này rất vô lý vì theo tôi tìm hiểu luật pháp ở Việt Nam không cấp phép cho các sàn forex hoạt động và cũng không quản lý thu thuế của người tự giao dịch trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Hơn nữa khi hoạt động kinh doanh có lợi nhuận thì luật pháp Việt Nam quy định có Hai hình thức nộp thuế là người dùng tự khai báo nộp thuế cho cơ quan thuế khi có phát sinh lợi nhuận hoặc sẽ khấu trừ thuế thu nhập cá nhân ngay trên số lợi nhuận mà người dùng thực hiện rút tiền. Như vậy sàn BKYHYO yêu cầu tôi phải chuyển khoản đóng trước 10% thuế thu nhập cá nhân trên lợi nhuận là hoàn toàn vô lý, khống đúng với quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam và cũng không có gì đảm bảo là sau khi tôi chuyển tiền nộp thuế thì sàn sẽ chuyển toàn bộ tiền gốc và lợi nhuận cho tôi. Tôi thấy sàn này có dấu hiệu lừa đảo người dùng rất rõ ràng!!!
