Hallo. Ich konnte BITMAR nicht finden, also habe ich stattdessen BITMART gewählt. Ich handle seit dem 2. Januar 2024 Futures auf der Website https://marmetas.com und https://www.bitmarmeta.com. Ich habe am 14. Februar 2024 eine Auszahlung von Geldern von der Börse beantragt, da ich Geld benötigte. Die Börse sagte, dass es ein Problem mit dem Konto aufgrund von Geldwäsche gibt und bat mich, 466.305 USDT auf einmal abzuheben. Um abheben zu können, musste ich zuerst die Steuer von 6.333.265 koreanischen Won bezahlen. Ich habe die Steuer vollständig bezahlt, aber die Börse bat mich, 2.316.300 koreanische Won als Einzahlung zu leisten und sagte, dass ich zuerst bezahlen müsse, um abheben zu können.
