A 28-year-old software professional from Visakhapatnam (Vizag) has lost ₹20 lakh to an online cryptocurrency investment scam, according to a Times of India report by Nalla Ram Babu. The victim, who works at a private company, was contacted on WhatsApp by a woman who identified herself as Khushi and claimed to be a finance manager at a firm called Thornston and Ross.

I have been a member of Lingfeng for over ten years. In the past two years, I suddenly noticed that it has repeatedly created artificial price gaps to maliciously deduct extra funds from clients. My previous feedback concerned my approved 1,118 USDT withdrawal, which I still have not received. Since then, Volurr has suspended my account and accused me of using multiple accounts and “stealing”, but has not provided any evidence or identified the specific rule I allegedly violated. Volurr also claimed that my money had arrived. I requested the TXID/transaction hash to verify the transfer, but they did not provide it. I have still not received the 1,118 USDT.

I am submitting this complaint regarding Giraffe Markets for withholding approximately USD 22,000 of my remaining capital and refusing to process my withdrawal. During my trading activity with Giraffe Markets, I have already incurred approximately USD 28,000 in trading losses. After these trading losses, I still have approximately USD 22,000 of my own capital remaining in my trading account. I requested to withdraw this remaining USD 22,000. However, Giraffe Markets has refused to process my withdrawal. The reason communicated to me is that my account did not generate sufficient profit for the broker and that the broker incurred payment gateway fees in connection with my deposits/transactions. Giraffe Markets is therefore seeking to treat my remaining capital as compensation for these alleged costs. This is extremely concerning to me. I accept that approximately USD 28,000 was lost through my own trading activity. I am not disputing those trading losses. My complaint specifically concerns the remaining approximately USD 22,000 that belongs to me and is now being withheld from withdrawal. The USD 22,000 was not lost through trading. Giraffe Markets is withholding it because of alleged payment gateway fees and because, according to the explanation given to me, my account was not profitable enough for the broker. I have requested that Giraffe Markets provide the contractual basis showing where I agreed that my remaining capital could be withheld to compensate the broker for payment gateway fees or because the broker did not generate sufficient profit from my account. I am therefore requesting that Giraffe Markets immediately release my remaining approximately USD 22,000 for withdrawal. For clarity: Approximate trading losses: USD 28,000 Remaining capital being withheld: USD 22,000 Approximate total funds involved: USD 50,000 I am prepared to provide WikiFX with my account statements, trading history, withdrawal request, transaction records and communications with Giraffe Markets showing the reasons given for refusing my withdrawal. I respectfully request WikiFX's assistance in investigating this matter and helping me recover my remaining USD 22,000.

Specific violation allegations Please identify which orders were determined to be in violation, the reason for each transaction’s violation, and the standards used to determine abusive trading or other prohibited trading conduct. 2. Technical analysis basis If the platform or LP determines violations based on trading patterns, please explain its analysis methodology, as well as the specific data and determination basis for the so-called “abnormal upstream liquidity correlation”, “market impact”, and “execution characteristics”. 3. Contract and restriction basis Please clearly specify which provision of the Client Agreement or other applicable documents I have violated, and under which clause the platform restricted my login, trading, withdrawals, and handling of funds. I am not refusing the investigation, nor am I asking the platform to disclose trade secrets or its complete risk control algorithm. All I am asking for is the most basic and verifiable information: “Which transaction violated the rules, why it violated them, what the evidence is, which contract clause was breached, and under what provision my account and funds were restricted.” I retain complete MT5 trading records, account data, customer service and relevant personnel communications, formal complaint emails, and other evidence, all of which I am willing to provide for verification. If Qube Markets determines that I did indeed violate the rules, please provide specific evidence and contractual basis; if it cannot, please immediately restore my account access and allow me to normally handle the funds in my account that rightfully belong to me.
