This broker has embezzled $1929.42 of my money. Initially, when I traded, they displayed a swap of 0 (free swap). However, over the past two weeks, they deducted $1929.42 from my account by adjusting the swap from 0 to -30 USD per lot and recalculating it back to my first trade. All my orders were made in accordance with the broker's rules, as I opened positions for both sell and buy, anticipating a take profit. Despite my attempts to contact the broker for a refund, they have ignored me. The sales and support teams have been slow to respond and unhelpful.
