I did not request a withdrawal, but the funds were directly taken by the backend, and I have not received them to this day. Realizing something was amiss, I applied for a withdrawal of the remaining funds on December 6, which was not processed. I contacted online customer service daily, and they kept saying it was being processed, but the funds never arrived until December 17 when I told customer service that I intended to file a complaint.
