My money is lost!

Hello, I made transactions through Land Prime company for more than 1 month. And I made a profit of like $1000. Immediately after I requested a withdrawal, my meta accounts were closed by land prime and my access to my account was blocked. We received an e-mail stating that this problem will be resolved within 2 weeks and we will be able to receive our money, but even though 3 weeks have passed, we cannot receive a response to either our e-mails or the messages we sent via WhatsApp. And we still haven't received our money! My Land Prime meta account number is 2173005, my registered e-mail address is fxyigit1@gmail.com. I requested a withdrawal of around 2000 dollars, but I still have not received any money, even my principal money. And I still can't access my meta accounts, I can't get responses to my messages.
