On March 26 at 3:13 pm, I wanted to withdraw part of my capital, exactly 4,000 usd, for which I carried out the normal process on the IPCAPITAL platform, and the withdrawal debit appeared. At 3:27 pm the transaction was declined, but they did NOT refund my money. I check the BINANCE wallet and it is not reflected either. Now I go to IPCAPITAL and they removed the chat option, there is no way to get attention from them and nobody gives answers. Additionally, last week's earnings cannot be found.

Retiro rechazado no devuelto a mi wallet

el día 26 de marzo 3:13 pm , quise retirar parte de mi capital, exactamente 4.000 usd, para lo cual realice el proceso normal en la plataforma de IPCAPITAL, y me apareció el débito del retiro. A las 3:27 pm fue rechazada la transacción, pero NO me reintegraron el dinero. revise en la billetera de BINANCE y no se ve reflejada tampoco. ahora entro a IPCAPITAL y quitaron la opción de chat, no hay forma de obtener atención por parte de ellos y nadie da respuestas. adicional las ganancias de la semana pasada no aparecen por ningún lado.
