On December 22, 2020, an account manager from Novox told me that a bonus of up to 35% is rewarded for a deposit and can be used as a margin. So I deposited 5,000 USD and got a bonus of 1,750 USD on the same day. I placed a total of 10 orders, all of them 0.01 lot, on December 22 and 23. After logging in to my MT4 account on December 24, I found that all my previous orders were gone. What I saw was a gold order, which had caused a loss of 5,145.02 USD. Having been deleted, the order was placed or modified in the backend by the platform without my consent. This was an act of malicious modification of data and infliction of losses on customers.
