I would like to complain about AxiTrader LLC regarding its negative balance and withdrawal policy. I opened two accounts. Account 1: I deposited USD 500 and lost the full amount. It then showed a negative balance of -USD 129.24. Account 2: I deposited USD 250 and made about USD 46 profit. When I tried to withdraw my funds, support told me I could not withdraw because Account 1 had a negative balance. They instructed me to transfer funds from Account 2 to Account 1 to cover the -USD 129.24 before I could withdraw. I asked whether the broker would clear the negative balance automatically. Support stated that accounts under their SVG entity (AxiTrader LLC) are not covered by negative balance protection, so I must cover it myself. My concern is that funds in a separate positive account are being restricted because another account has a negative balance. I request a clear explanation and the specific terms allowing this policy.
