withdrawal rejected

Ipcapital have been rejecting withdrawal in the last two weeks,they forcefully took people to master C bot, at the moment no capital, and all the trades made from the last two weeks have been taken by the company, no communique, no support line, the support email sent is invalid. pls I need my complete capital back
