This absence of clear fee disclosures alone is a major red flag for me. From my perspective, trading with any provider that does not openly publish its cost structure means you cannot reliably calculate your true transaction costs or manage risk effectively. The context also highlights unresolved user complaints regarding loss of funds and issues with withdrawing money, which, in my view, further undermines any confidence I might have in their pricing or execution. Given the lack of regulation, risk management disclosures, and concrete cost facts, I personally would not consider trading indices or any instruments via BOT. For traders who value transparency and want to protect their capital, I believe seeking a regulated broker with clear, detailed trading costs is absolutely essential, especially for something as volatile as the US100.
