Their support is limited to phone and email, with no live chat, 24/7 coverage, or visible presence on social media. For me, this lack of accessible, real-time communication has been a source of frustration when trying to resolve urgent trading issues or withdrawal requests. In instances where I sought clarification, response times were inconsistent and occasionally unhelpful, which undermines trust—something I consider non-negotiable when real capital is involved. Platform reliability also requires close scrutiny. While average transaction execution speeds reported are not the worst I have seen, there are notable periods of latency, disconnection, and reconnection, which can put positions at unplanned risk—especially in volatile markets. I am particularly cautious when a broker shows unstable or poor order execution metrics, as even minor disruptions can materially impact trading outcomes. The reported incidents of withdrawal issues by other users only heighten my caution, as these are red flags for platform integrity and operational transparency. In summary, I would advise a highly conservative approach and recommend thorough research before committing any funds, especially given the gaps in customer service and platform robustness that I have personally encountered.
