My due diligence shows that CommSec is primarily focused on shares, options, and ETFs, with no mention of forex pairs being supported. The core platforms—CommSec Web and CommSec Mobile—are tailored toward equity and derivative trading, not forex. When I look for a broker, especially for something as liquid and sensitive to spread as EUR/USD, I always verify that the broker explicitly provides forex as a tradable instrument and discloses spread details transparently. With CommSec, there simply isn’t any published data about forex spreads. Their documented fee structure covers equities, options, and a few niche investment products but entirely omits FX trading.
