In my experience researching and evaluating forex and futures brokers, the trading platform offering is always one of my first concerns. When looking into RCG (Leese Trading Group), one thing stood out immediately: there is no clear information or mention of support for popular forex trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader. This absence signals to me that RCG does not cater to the standard retail forex market the way many mainstream, regulated brokers do. Instead, RCG presents itself as a specialist in futures brokerage and agricultural risk management, with a particular focus on clearing, execution, and market analysis for ag products. The sister company, Rosenthal Collins Group, handles clearing services, which aligns further with a futures-focused business model rather than typical spot forex trading. From what I can gather, their clients probably interact with proprietary systems or platforms tailored to institutional and agricultural hedging needs, but nothing points to MT4, MT5, or cTrader availability. For me, this lack of access to familiar trading platforms and the absence of regulatory oversight are significant concerns. Not only does it limit strategy flexibility and available tools, but it means RCG's infrastructure might not offer the transparency or safeguards that I have come to rely on with regulated brokers using widely adopted platforms. This is a key consideration for any trader prioritizing safety, transparency, and a broad feature set.
