Based on my close look at Credicorp Capital, I have serious concerns regarding its regulatory status and the resulting implications for fund safety. As a trader who prioritizes security, I noticed that Credicorp Capital currently operates without a valid regulatory license. For me, the lack of recognized regulatory oversight means there is no third-party authority actively monitoring the broker’s activities, client fund segregation, or complaint resolution processes. This absence places a significant burden of risk directly on clients like myself. In my experience, being regulated typically means a broker must meet strict financial standards, maintain clear operational transparency, and be accountable to a regulatory body if disputes arise. With Credicorp Capital, none of these safeguards appear to be in place. The zero regulatory index score directly reflects this vulnerability. Because the broker is unregulated, I have no assurance that my trading funds are held separately from company assets, nor can I count on an independent body to mediate should any issues emerge. Given these factors, I must be extremely cautious. For me, fund safety is non-negotiable, and choosing an unregulated broker exposes my capital to risks that are simply unacceptable for my trading standards.
