In my review of AXA as a trader, I found that clear and detailed information about their commission structure for ECN or raw spread accounts is not readily available on their official sources. While AXA is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, which does provide a level of oversight and customer protection, the lack of transparency regarding their trading fees, including per-lot commissions, is a concern for me. In my trading practice, understanding the full cost of transactions—particularly for ECN or raw spread account types, where brokers typically apply a commission per lot instead of widening spreads—is essential to reliable risk management and strategy development. On top of that, user reports flagged on several occasions issues related to withdrawals and customer service, as well as unexpected requirements such as a 25% tax on withdrawals. Such incidents amplify my need for clarity before trusting significant funds to a broker. Until AXA publishes precise details about its commission model and resolves ongoing transparency concerns, I would approach trading with them cautiously and recommend that fellow traders seek full clarification from official sources before opening any account type. For me, trustworthy brokers make all trading costs, especially commissions, explicit upfront.
